How the sessions are sold

Every engagement is a private consultation, not a subscription and not a packaged product. You may book one session at a time or commit to the full three-session path. The right length depends on how many revenue sources and expense categories you bring, so we confirm the fee in writing before any booking is made.

The three sessions

1. Income mapping session

Together we go through each revenue source you have — clients, retainers, one-off projects — and rank them by how steady they are. The output is a 12-month chart that makes the strong months, the thin months and the usual gap weeks visible at a glance.

  • Suited to: freelancers with two or more revenue sources who have never laid them out over a year.
  • What to bring: the past 12 months of bank deposits, an invoice list, or an accounting export.
  • What you take away: a one-page revenue chart keyed to your actual clients.

2. Expense structuring session

We sort your outgoings into fixed overheads, costs that move with each project, and personal drawings, then carve out reserve pots for VAT and year-end income tax so the cash is ready when the assessment arrives.

  • Suited to: freelancers whose tax bills land before the money has been put aside.
  • What to bring: your recurring subscriptions, rent, and a rough list of project costs.
  • What you take away: a one-page expense plan with reserve dates marked.

3. Quarterly cash flow plan session

We merge the revenue chart and the expense plan into a 13-week rolling cash flow sheet, with the tax reserve dates flagged. You can maintain it yourself in a spreadsheet, or have us look it over each quarter.

  • Suited to: freelancers who have completed the first two sessions and want a repeatable rhythm.
  • What to bring: the revenue chart and expense plan from sessions 1 and 2.
  • What you take away: a 13-week rolling cash flow sheet you can update in under fifteen minutes a week.

What these sessions are not

This is financial planning consultation, not investment advice, tax filing, accounting services, or legal advice. We do not file your tax return, certify financial statements, or sell any investment product. When a task calls for a licensed tax accountant or a CPA, we flag it and pass you to one.
