Eligibility
Because the service is a one-to-one consultation booked in advance, your right to cancel or reschedule depends on how much notice you give. The rules below apply to every confirmed session.
Timeframes

All timeframes are measured in Korea Standard Time (UTC+9) against the start time written in your confirmation email.
Full and partial conditions
- A full refund is available when you cancel more than 48 hours before the start time, or when we cancel the session for any reason.
- A partial refund (half the fee) is available when you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the start time.
- No refund is available for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or sessions that have already started.
Non-refundable items
- Work already started: once a session has begun, the fee for that session is non-refundable.
- Custom written summaries produced after a session has been delivered are non-refundable, because they are tailored to your records.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a session (for example, illness or an emergency), you may choose between a full refund at no charge and a free reschedule to the next available date.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session once at no charge if you give more than 48 hours notice. A second reschedule of the same session is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
Deposits and no-shows
We do not take deposits. If you do not attend a confirmed session and have not cancelled in advance, the session fee is forfeited as set out above.
Processing time and method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the refund being approved.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank transfer) only.
