Items of personal information processed
- Inquiry form: name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic, and the free-text message you submit.
- Consent preference: the consent choice you make on the cookie banner, stored locally in your own browser.
- Server logs: the standard request data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) retained by the same-domain server that receives the form submission.
We do not collect date of birth, resident registration number, foreign registration number, financial account numbers, or any information about children.
Purposes of collection and use
- To read and reply to your inquiry, including suggesting a session length and confirming the consultation fee.
- To schedule and conduct the consultation session you agree to.
- To send you the written summary produced after a session.
- To keep a minimal record of the engagement for as long as required by Korean law.
We do not use your personal information for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not send promotional email.
Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you submit the inquiry form and check the consent box (PIPA Article 15).
- Performance of the consultation agreement you enter into after we confirm scope and fee (PIPA Article 15).
- Legal retention obligations applicable to a registered business in the Republic of Korea.
Retention and use periods
- Inquiry messages: retained for 12 months after the last reply, unless you become a client.
- Client engagement records: retained for 5 years after the end of the engagement, consistent with commercial record-keeping obligations under Korean law.
- Server logs: retained for 90 days.
- Consent preference: kept in your own browser until you clear local storage.
You may request early deletion of your inquiry record at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Third-party sharing and transfers
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not transfer personal information outside the Republic of Korea. The form is received by the same-domain server at /api/inquiry, used only to respond to your inquiry. Where a licensed tax accountant is needed for a task, we will ask your explicit consent before introducing one.
Delegation of processing
The hosting provider that serves this website and receives the form submission acts as a processor on our instructions only. No other processing is delegated.
Your rights
- Request access to, or a copy of, the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place.
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (개인정보보호위원회).

Security measures
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to inquiry records is restricted to the representative director. We do not store payment card details; consultation fees are invoiced and paid by bank transfer.
